BeaverFit Deployable FOB Lockers are certified for air transport by the British Royal Air Force, Joint Air Delivery Test and Evaluation Unit (JADTEU). The equivalent USAF agencies are SEEK Eagle and ATTLA. This rigorous 6-month certification ensures that each included piece of individual equipment is fully secured to withstand forces from any direction during flight. A Letter of Certification and tie-down plans for C17s, C130s, and Helicopter Under-Slung method are available upon request.
By hot-dip galvanizing our steel components, we weatherproof the inside and the outside of these components. The hot-dip galvanization process is expensive and time-consuming, and thus skipped by many other manufacturers, who rely solely on an external powder-coating process. This extra weather-proofing step protects BeaverFit equipment in any weather condition, and adds significant life to our products.
Specific to our FOB Locker Range holes must be drilled in the container, which can allow water to leak into the shipping container. BeaverFit utilizes a unique process to attach brackets to the outside of the container and then applies waterproof sealing around the brackets. Functional training rigs are then attached to the brackets and the container remains waterproof, ensuring the integrity of the overall structure is not compromised.
